Unfourtunately in this world everything is temperarry. And time to time we are forced to lose someone or something. It is painfull, like someone took away part of us. Any looss has a certain way to digest it.
I will provide you a save space and help you to process and cope with your emotions surrounding loss. This sessions will help you work through your pain and eventually find a way to heal and adjust to life without your loss.

Long-term therapy
You’ve probably heard about childhood trauma and how it can have a long-lasting impact on our emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Of course, the effects of trauma vary from person to person, but there are some common patterns you may recognize in your behavior: attachment issues, low self-esteem, anxiety and depression, difficulty with emotional regulation, difficulty in relationships, and so on. All of these patterns stem from past experiences.
If you decide that you want to change your life and are ready to work on it, then you need long-term therapy.
I will help you work through the effects of trauma, regain control over your life, and build a healthier future.

One time session
Transformation
Book a one-time session if you’ve never been to a psychologist and want to give it a try. If you’re unsure whether I’m the right person for long-term therapy, this is also a good option to explore. Alternatively, if you're familiar with psychology and just need someone to talk to or discuss something that’s bothering you, this session can be helpful as well.
Time: 60-90 min.
Price: 500 DKK (65 EUR)
Transformation is a series of three sessions in which we solve one specific problem of yours. It is something that repeats in your life from time to time. For example, if you experience the same issue with every partner, whether it’s jealousy or anger towards them, or if you have difficulty expressing yourself because you feel very shy or don’t believe in yourself. It’s a problem that always follows you, and you cannot change it on your own.
First meeting – we talk about your problem and clarify what you want instead. This is called a contract.
Second meeting – we go through your feelings related to your problem. Afterward, we discuss what can help you avoid this problem in the future. This is called therapy.
Third meeting – we discuss what has changed in the past two weeks and work on your mindset to establish a new behavioral model.

If therapy is more about the past, coaching is about the future. Coaching is a partnership with the client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. What can bring you to coaching?
